Bethlehem is serving up two tasty tidbits this week.

There's a new dining option at Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem.

Steelworks Buffet & Grill replaces

, the casino's former buffet.

Villa Enterprises CEO Anthony Scotto says in a news release the space is 'reinvented' and will deliver fresh meals and a fully stocked bar. Expect steel-making-themed murals, international dishes at an all-you-can-eat buffet, pizza, a pasta station, sushi and carved meats, according to the release.

Villa Enterprises is also behind The Market Gourmet Express food court at Sands casino, which opened in 2009, and Croissanterie, which offers coffee, croissants and baguettes, and opened this summer.
